What do I get from joining Workout Clothing Club? 


Each member receives hand-picked, name brand fitness apparel,  gear, accessories, and a variety of premium supplements that compliment your active lifestyle. This is a great way to discover apparel and products and brands in the fitness industry!


 When I sign up, how often am I charged? 


With monthly subscriptions, the renewal date for all members is the 15th of each month, unless cancelled before the renewal date.   


When are members' packages sent out?  


Our members curated items are sent out once each month and we anticipate all shipments being delivered within the first two weeks of each month. Please note that there is always a chance this could take a bit longer, but shouldn’t take longer than 12-14 business days to arrive. Signups are taken until MIDNIGHT on the last day of each month, unless otherwise specified. If you signup after the 1st of any month, your first crate will come in the following month.  For example, if you signed up on the 2nd of January, the first package you’d receive would be our February package.  


 I signed up for one month, why did I get billed again? 


All of our subscriptions are automatically renewed until you request to cancel.   


If I cancel in the middle of my subscription period, will I still get the package I paid for?


 You will definitely receive any remaining crates on your subscription but will not be charged again moving forward if cancelled.   



What is your cancellation policy?


If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account and managing your subscription or you can email us at info@workoutclothing.club.


In order to receive a refund, you must request one before your package has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for packages that have shipped. You may receive a refund for an order any time before shipment.


    

Tracking shows a status of delivered, yet I have not received it. 


We have seen many instances where the mail carrier marks the package as delivered, and yet shows up at the intended address at a later time and date or is available for pickup at the post office. Please contact your local post office with your tracking information and see if they can assist you in tracking down your shipment.
